Direct Admission To Mithibai Mumbai

The college offers UG courses with more than 25 specializations under five different streams – Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) and Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM).

Admission to the First Year B.A/B.Com/B.Sc./BAF/ BFM/ BBI/ BMM/ BMS  classes is conducted as per the guidelines and schedule announced by the University of Mumbai. The schedule of admission is displayed on College Website (www.mithibai.ac.in) and the Notice Board as it is received from the University.

Students must register online on admission. The university portal link to be eligible to seek admission. All admissions will be as per the University of Mumbai guidelines for respective courses. The student will have to FIRST register with the University of Mumbai by logging onto  http://mum.digitaluniversity.ac for the link to the registration portal.

ELIGIBILITY FOR BMS COURSE

A candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (Std. XII) examination conducted by the Maharashtra/ other Indian State Boards or equivalent examination from the Science, Arts, or Commerce Stream.

ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATE

Candidates passing Class XII Examinations from Foreign Boards and students passing from International Baccalaureate or ’A’ levels examinations- General Certificate of Education/Cambridge International School Exam of Cambridge or the University of London must first obtain a ’PRIMA FACIE’ Eligibility Letter from the University of Mumbai for admissions to all First Year Degree Courses, namely B. A/B.Sc./B. Com/B.M.M/B.M. S/B.Sc.(IT).

To apply for admission the candidates must visit the official website of Mumbai University.

Application to Mumbai University can be made in both online and offline modes. Mumbai University charges no fees to apply for Program.

Create login credentials to register.
Fill out the application form.
Select the program.
Select the college.
Submit the form.
Take a printout of the form for future reference.
Once, the admission is confirmed, the university demands the candidate to deposit the admission fees. For offline application, the candidate has to submit the duly filled Pre-admission Enrolment form to the University or affiliated college.

Application Fees
There is no application fee required by the students seeking admission to the University of Mumbai. However, the candidates need to deposit the admission fees to the college once the admission is confirmed.

For Ph.D. courses, the candidates must pay INR. 1000/- as an application fee.
