The College is affiliated with the University of Mumbai and prepares students for courses leading to the degree of B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.M.S., B.M.M., B.Com (Banking & Insurance), B.Com (Accounts & Finance) & B.Com (Financial Markets) of the University of Mumbai. Admissions to M.Sc. (Chemistry) & Ph.D. (Botany) are also made under the Post-Graduate Scheme of the University of Mumbai.

Jai Hind College BA, B.Sc and B.Com Admission

At undergraduate level, Jai Hind College offers Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) to the students who want to pursue their career in the field of Arts and Commerce respectively. In the field of Science, the college also offers Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in various specializations. The duration period for each of the courses is three years.

In order to seek admission in the above mentioned courses, students must have studied and passed 10+2 level or equivalent in relevant discipline. Admission is done on the basis of marks scored at 10+2 level or equivalent. However, name on the merit list does not guarantee admission. This will be finalized only after the personal interview of the candidate.

Jai Hind College BMS and BMM Admission

Jai Hind College also offers a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) and a Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM) at the undergraduate level. The duration period for these courses is three years each.

Admission is strictly based on marks scored in the 10+2 level or equivalent, although the name on the merit list does not guarantee admission. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear in a personal interview conducted by the college.
